Susan believes the sky is the limit. She joins ARG with experience as a commercial designer in Colorado and Alaska, building on her educational background in Interior Architecture + Design, Environmental Sustainability, and Sociology from Colorado State University. Her love for connecting with people, problem-solving, and education led her to the sales side of the industry. In this role she constantly seeks ways to optimize products, improve processes, and exemplify socially and environmentally responsible business practices. Beyond working at ARG, Susan is a rock climbing coach who finds joy in helping others reach their goals. When she’s not coaching or working, you’ll likely find her working hard on her own climbing endeavors, globetrotting to a new destination, or spending time with her favorite people.
